jtween Terms and Conditions

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User", "you") and jtween ("jtween", "we", "us", "the Platform"). They govern all use of the jtween website, mobile application, and any services offered through them. By registering an account, making a deposit, or playing any game on jtween, you confirm that you have read these Terms in full and agree to be bound by them.

If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must not use the jtween platform. We recommend saving or printing a copy of these Terms for your records.

1 Eligibility and Account Registration

To register and use jtween, you must meet all of the following eligibility requirements at the time of registration and at all times while your account remains active:

• You must be at least 18 years of age.
• You must be a resident of a jurisdiction where online gaming is not prohibited by applicable law.
• You must not be a current employee, contractor, or immediate family member of an employee of jtween or any of its affiliated companies.
• You must not be subject to a self-exclusion order on jtween or any affiliated platform.
• You must provide accurate, complete, and truthful information during registration.

Each player is permitted to hold one account on jtween. Registering multiple accounts, whether under your own name or using another person's details, is strictly prohibited. If duplicate accounts are detected, jtween reserves the right to close all associated accounts, void any bonuses, and withhold any winnings pending a full review.

jtween reserves the right to request identity verification documents at any point. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within a reasonable timeframe may result in account suspension or closure.

2 Deposits and Withdrawals

jtween supports deposits and withdrawals via bKash, Nagad, and Rocket. All transactions are processed in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). Minimum and maximum deposit and withdrawal amounts are displayed on the cashier page and may be updated from time to time.

Deposits are generally credited to your jtween account promptly after confirmation from the payment provider. jtween is not responsible for delays caused by third-party payment processors, network issues, or incorrect payment details submitted by the player.

Withdrawals are subject to the following conditions:

• Your account must be fully verified before your first withdrawal is processed.
• The withdrawal method must match the deposit method used to fund the account.
• Any active bonus wagering requirements must be met before bonus-derived funds can be withdrawn.
• jtween reserves the right to request additional documentation before processing any withdrawal.
• Withdrawal processing times are typically within 24–72 hours of approval, subject to payment provider timelines.

jtween does not charge fees for standard deposits or withdrawals. However, your payment provider may apply their own transaction fees, which are outside jtween's control.

3 Bonuses and Promotions

jtween offers a range of bonuses and promotional offers to registered players. All bonuses are subject to specific terms that are published on the relevant promotion page. By claiming any bonus, you agree to the terms attached to that specific offer.

General bonus conditions that apply across all jtween promotions unless otherwise stated:

• Bonuses are available to one account per household, per device, and per IP address.
• Wagering requirements must be completed within the timeframe specified for each bonus. Bonuses that expire before wagering requirements are met will be voided along with any associated winnings.
• jtween reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any promotion at any time without prior notice.
• Bonuses cannot be transferred between accounts or exchanged for cash outside of the standard wagering process.
• If jtween determines that a player has abused the bonus system — including but not limited to using multiple accounts, exploiting technical errors, or placing low-risk bets to meet wagering requirements — the bonus and any associated winnings will be voided.

The welcome bonus and any other first-deposit offers are available to new players only. Players who have previously held an account on jtween under any name or identity are not eligible for new player promotions.

4 Gameplay and Fair Use

All games available on jtween use independently certified random number generators (RNG). Game outcomes are determined entirely by the RNG and cannot be influenced by jtween, the player, or any third party. Published Return to Player (RTP) figures represent the theoretical long-term average and do not guarantee individual session outcomes.

Players are expected to use the platform in good faith. The following activities are strictly prohibited and will result in immediate account suspension:

• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any other tool to interact with the platform in a non-human manner.
• Exploiting software bugs, glitches, or errors for financial gain. Any winnings obtained through exploitation of a technical error are not valid and will be voided.
• Colluding with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any game.
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, copy, or interfere with any part of the jtween platform or its games.
• Using the platform for any purpose other than personal entertainment gaming.

In the event of a game malfunction or technical error that affects the outcome of a round, jtween reserves the right to void the affected round and return the wager to the player's account. This decision is final.

5 Responsible Gaming

jtween is committed to promoting responsible gaming. We provide tools that allow players to manage their gaming activity, including deposit limits, session time reminders, cooling-off periods, and self-exclusion. These tools are accessible from your account settings at any time.

Self-exclusion requests are processed within 24 hours of submission. During a self-exclusion period, your account will be suspended and you will not be able to log in, deposit, or play. Self-exclusion periods cannot be shortened once activated. At the end of the exclusion period, you may request reactivation, which will be subject to a cooling-off period and a review by our responsible gaming team.

jtween will not knowingly allow a self-excluded player to open a new account. If you are self-excluded and attempt to register a new account, both accounts will be closed and any deposits made during the exclusion period will be returned.

6 Privacy and Data

jtween collects and processes personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms. By registering an account, you consent to the collection, storage, and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

Your personal data will be used for account management, identity verification, fraud prevention, customer support, and — where you have opted in — marketing communications. jtween will not sell your personal data to third parties. Data may be shared with payment processors, identity verification providers, and regulatory authorities where required by law.

All data transmitted between your device and the jtween platform is encrypted using industry-standard TLS encryption. Account passwords are stored using one-way hashing and are never accessible to jtween staff.

7 Account Suspension and Closure

jtween reserves the right to suspend or close any account at any time, with or without prior notice, if we have reasonable grounds to believe that:

• The account holder has breached any part of these Terms.
• The account is being used for fraudulent, illegal, or abusive activity.
• The account holder has provided false or misleading information during registration or verification.
• Continued operation of the account poses a risk to jtween, other players, or third parties.
• We are required to do so by a regulatory authority or court order.

If your account is closed due to a breach of these Terms, any balance remaining in the account may be withheld pending investigation. If the investigation concludes that no breach occurred, the balance will be returned to you via your registered payment method.

You may close your account at any time by contacting our support team. Account closure requests are processed within 5 business days. Any remaining balance at the time of closure will be returned to you after standard verification, provided no outstanding wagering requirements apply.

8 Limitation of Liability

jtween provides the platform on an "as is" and "as available" basis. While we make every effort to ensure the platform is available and functioning correctly at all times, we do not guarantee uninterrupted access or error-free operation.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, jtween's total liability to any player in connection with their use of the platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that player in the 30 days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

jtween is not liable for:

• Loss of profits, revenue, or anticipated savings.
• Loss of data or corruption of data.
• Indirect, consequential, or incidental losses of any kind.
• Losses arising from your reliance on information provided on the platform.
• Losses caused by events outside jtween's reasonable control, including network outages, payment provider failures, or regulatory changes.

9 Amendments to These Terms

jtween reserves the right to update or amend these Terms at any time. When changes are made, the updated Terms will be published on this page with a revised "Last Updated" date. For significant changes, we will notify registered players via email or an in-platform notification.

Your continued use of the jtween platform after the publication of updated Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree with the updated Terms, you must stop using the platform and may request account closure.

We recommend checking this page periodically to stay informed of any changes. The version of the Terms in effect at the time of any dispute will be the version that applies to that dispute.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which jtween holds its gaming licence. Any dispute that cannot be resolved through our internal complaints process may be referred to the relevant regulatory authority or an independent dispute resolution body as specified in our licence conditions.
